What is our story?
This company was started when the owners saw there was a significant lack of good workmanship and service integrity in the Tampa Bay area. After moving here from Seattle, where it rains 300 days out of the year, the owners were shocked to find here an abundance of leaky roofs, leaky windows, dishonest construction companies, poor workmanship, and unreliable scheduling. So we decided to be the change and raise the bar.

What drives us?
Our core values
You may have figured out by now that honesty and integrity are very important to us, but there is so much more to it than that. We value reliability, cleanliness, tidiness, organization, timeliness, quality materials, and quality work. We are only interested in doing work that we can be proud of. We don't want to cheap out on materials of lower quality that will get easily damaged or will fall apart from regular use. And we don't take any shortcuts in our work. We want to provide the kind of service that makes our clients feel that they are valued and deserving of our best work. We want to finish every project knowing that we have greatly enhanced someone's life.
Our field team has over 20 years of experience doing construction work, and our office team has over 15 years of experience making everything run smoothly. We have numerous relevant certifications, and continuing education and personal growth opportunities are something we are always seeking for ourselves and our staff. Our certifications include: CAPS (certified aging in place specialist), First Aid/CPR, Healthy home, HAZWOPER, Forklift, Lead remediation, Business coaching, OSHA-10, and K&A Leadership courses.
Our professional experience
"How I do something is how I do EVERYTHING"
We operate under this principal. What that means is that how I show up at work is the same as how I will show up at home or at social interactions. If I treat my spouse and my children with honor and dignity, then I will probably also treat my friends and clients with honor and dignity. If I lie to myself about something, then I probably also lie to others about things. If take responsibility for every mistake in my life, and choose to see it not as a failure but rather as an opportunity for learning and improvement, then I will do the same thing in my professional life and how I show up with clients. This is a concept that all of our staff have internalized, and it really shows in our performance.
